The rosary diagram shows you how to use rosary beads. 

Decide which of the mysteries you are going to meditate upon (Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, or Glorious) and then start at number 1 with the sign of the cross. Say the Apostle's Creed (2), followed by the Our Father or Lord's Prayer at (3).  Continue following the numbers until you end with the sign of the Cross at (27). 

Where the diagram indicates "Say 3 Hail Mary's" or "Say 10 Hail Mary's", there are the appropriate number of beads at that position in the rosary.  Simply start at the first bead in the group and move to the next bead at the end of each prayer.  Before long you will not have to refer to the diagram
